How to Create a Breakfast Bowl Bar | Entertaining

Healthy breakfast bowl bar for hosting overnight guests | A Fabulous Fete

I'll be honest, we will probably make bacon and cinnamon rolls on christmas. But really, I do like to eat healthy most of the time or at least have/give the option when we are hosting guests for breakfast or brunch. And you know me, anything that makes my job easier when playing hostess I am into. So, how about creating an easy do-it-yourself breakfast bar if you have the fabulous task of feeding your house guests during the holidays? I promise it's easy, here's how I set up ours.

Start with your plain base for guests to flavor themselves. I used plain greek yogurt. Add honey or agave nectar to sweeten and all of the fruit selections to flavor.

Pre-chop fruit, set out bowls of nuts and let guests finish their bowl with toppings like granola and raw coconut.

Add a stack of bowls, spoons and you can even scatter some fresh fruit and herbs to use as decor instead of fussing over flower arrangements.

These are definitely one of my favorite meals even when i'm not entertaining. Sub in seasonal fruit or whatever your favorites are to customize!
